Can’t connect to webDAV server on ipad

I can’t connect to my WebDAV server on iOS - I can only see progress icon that never disappears. No issues with macOS version of Zotero. ID D460739734 - recorded on beta version, but the official release has the same problem.

    It looks like Zotero's OPTIONS request to that server was just being blocked by something (along with its connection to the Zotero push-notification server). Check your network connection and/or firewall.
