After I open zotero, the PDF does not respond when I click on it. It seems to take a long time before the PDF I have clicked on opens. My Debug ID : D1541776207
Zotero is retrying after a 503 server error way too fast, and that's a bug we'll fix. It's possible you're being blocked now because of the repeated retries Zotero was making.
I can't tell you what the original issue was, though, since that wasn't capture in the log. Best I can suggest at this point is to temporarily disable auto-sync, restart Zotero, and wait a while before trying again, and have debug output logging going so that any initial error is captured.
I don't know what you're referring to. See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need if you're experiencing a problem. But again, you didn't capture whatever the issue is you're describing in your debug output.
