    Zotero saves successfully from there (the unproxied version) for me, including the PDF. See the troubleshooting page linked above.

    I almost try everything. Zotero, connector, is the newest. i don't know what i should do

    1.i am sure i have the zotero connector.
    2.have access to the website
    3.reloading the webpage several times
    4.already restart browser several times
    5.i open zotero program
    6.zotero connector is the newest
    7.the browser is newest
    8.zotero version is latest
    9 and 13 Translators issure, i try reset translator
    10.show "have access to this site"
    11.Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit: on all sites.
    and i donnot know how to set cookies.
    12. unstall and install several times, even restart the computer
    thanks in advance, maybe only 11,the cookies, i donot know....
