Migration to Zotero from Mendeley

Hello all,
I'm attempting to migrate to Zotero, and was following some instructions I found online. I synched, went to 'import' Mendeley online library as instructed, and was prompted to sign into my Mendeley account. Then what? The instructions I have seem to suggest that is it- but there is nothing in my Zotero library. I've been trying this a few times, with no success, so would appreciate it if anyone has any pointers!

I assume this is referring to the official instructions.

@lhickling: That's all you should need to do. Can you provide a Debug ID for a few minutes of an attempt to import? You can also use View Output in that menu to see whether anything is happening.

What exactly happened when you tried? If it triggered an email link, that's not going to work — you need to figure out how to log in directly in the window that pops up in Zotero.

Just so we understand this better, are you clicking "Continue" or "Sign in via your institution"? What's the exact process you're following in the login window?
