    I am working with Google docx
    on a Mac Monterey 12.4.

    Can you please give me some directions on how to solve this?

    The document is inaccessible. Please try again later.
    Restart your browser and Zotero and try again. If prompted for access, make sure you select the Google account you used to create the document. This has no connection to the email address associated with your Zotero account.
