Can't save from UW-Madison catalog

    Hello, I am having a similar problem connecting to the UW-Madison libraries. Has been occurring for some time whenever I try to save an item. Debug number is D510622847. Thanks for any help.

    @lfriedla could you say more? Is this when using WoS or any database via UW-Madison? Or their library catalog?

    Thank you. No, it's their library catalog. Can no longer add books, etc. When I go to *most* third party sites via a UW-Library login (e.g. WOS, Cambridge Core, Sage, Springer) things still work as normal. So it's restricted to the UW-Madison catalogue.
