Duplicates not showing in Duplicate Items

    I know I have duplicates but they aren't showing up in the Duplicate items folder. Any ideas why? I am using the Mac 6.0 desktop version.

    It depends entirely on what data each of the items has. If you take screenshots of two duplicate items, upload them somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here, we could say more.
