[zotero 6.0] PDF Reader show me an error

when i use zotero pdf reader open Photocopy PDF, it show me a error like this:

if i open an normal pdf （text can be copied），no errors occurred

    Zotero is getting an "Access Denied" error trying to open a file. Could be due to security software on the system.

    That's not really a solution, though. That file is automatically generated by Zotero, and if Zotero then later couldn't access it, that's some sort of problem on your computer and this will just happen again.

    I don't know why it has an access error（on windows 11 ）, (probably because I copied the “storage” folder directly from linux).
    after I delete it (zotero will automatically regenerate it), no error will be reported.
    (fortunately this There is no important information in '.zotero-pdf-state', I can delete it without hesitation).
    It is also a solution to set ignore to this file when synchronizing 'storage' in the future
