If Zotero has a plan to develop an app for Android？ The app now developed by third side developers are not that perfect. An app developed by zotero is need for those who use android devices. thanks very much.

They're hiring an Android developer, so likely yes (https://www.zotero.org/jobs/android_developer), but for perspective, it took significantly over a year from hiring an iOS developer to the release of the iOS beta.
