Upgrade StorageAttach new file does not recover from closed Zotero
Attach new file doesn't work after Zotero recovers from "closed" (not quit) unless Zotero restarts (from quit).
Currently on 5.0.97-beta.43+c5d89f6d0, w/ Zutillo installed (not sure if this is relevant).

Currently, the only way to avoid this might be to quit Zotero properly.
