I wanted to move a bunch of items into a new folder, so I entered a search term and selected the results using Ctrl+A. But since the search results were expanded I had parent and child items selected, not just the parent items. I tried to drag and drop the whole selection into the new folder, which did not work. Instead the child items were somehow released from their parent items and now I have a bunch of files, all separate items in the library. I suppose I should have collapsed the list first, thus only selecting the parent items. But the big question is: How can I restore the parent-child-relationship? There seems to be no field that indicates which note or snapshot originally belonged to which main item.
