When I open Zotero, I get the message that Zotero is unable to load translators and styles.

I've checked data base integrity and it is fine. I've reset styles and translators and restarted my computer, and I still get the error.

I don't know specifically which file permissions to check, but if it helps, here's the /Zotero folder:

Any help you can provide would be most welcome!
  • [JavaScript Error: "Unix error 2 during operation stat on file /Users/[…]/Zotero/translators/DOI Content Negotiation.js (No such file or directory)" {file: "(unknown module)" line: 0}]
Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for Zotero startup through that error, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
  • Sure thing- it is D630856511
  • Not sure what's going on there. If you delete the 'translators' folder in your Zotero data directory altogether and restart Zotero, does this still happen?
  • That seems to have fixed it. Thanks! I'll report back if there are any unanticipated problems I can't fix.

Really appreciate the work you do for the community.
