    I opened the Zotero and the page says, "something's wrong. Please restart Zotero. "You can submit this error by selecting 'report software defect...' from the help menu. So far, Zotero has been restarted many times, but it still can't be used.

    Can you provide a Report ID?

    Again, though, if you're using the Better BibTeX plugin, that's the problem, and you should see the linked thread.
