I am facing a little bit of a citation dilemma. I am citing different sections within several titles from the USC, which do not necessarily have an "Act" per se to use into the field: Name of the Act. When it comes to Title 18, I have been using the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, but I think this is not correct.
I am unsure whether I need to add each section individually to Zotero before I cite to them, in which case, I am missing the name of the act, or is there a way to "master" cite the USC and refer to the pertinent section.

Now, when citing 18 USC §1111. The section is titled: Murder. Title 18 is CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE... In trying to use one of the examples above, it appears that I need the name of the Act. However, this is how Westlaw cites it: 18 U.S.C.A. § 1111 (West) without using the name of the Act.
