Always ask which PDF reader to use for viewing

I can open the PDF. However, it then always asks me which Application to use.
I am Windows user.
Only can solve the method on Linux but not windows.
After three times it also asks.
It a bug or something I set mistake?

What happens when you open a PDF directly from File Explorer, rather than through Zotero?

I have the same issue, changing the preferences didn’t solve it.

I’m on Ubuntu 18.04 using Zotero 5.0.96

@PaulLerner: You're likely using a sandboxed third-party package of Zotero. Try adding an exception to the sandbox. Alternatively, install the official Linux tarball or the zotero-deb package instead. The latter should be easier to install and doesn't have this issue.

PS : I had install the snap zotero package from the ubuntu graphical «store» («logiciels ubuntu» in french)
