ZotFile do not change the elements in the renaming of files

I changed the renaming rules to {%y - }{%F - }{%t} and when I apply the renaming the result is {%a - }{%y - }{%t}
I tried different combinations and even took out the title or the year but the result is always the same.

Is there any other configuration that is preventing the desired change?

I'm using version 5 of Zotero and ZotFile in Windows 10 home.
