ZotFile do not change the elements in the renaming of files

I changed the renaming rules to {%y - }{%F - }{%t} and when I apply the renaming the result is {%a - }{%y - }{%t}
I tried different combinations and even took out the title or the year but the result is always the same.

Is there any other configuration that is preventing the desired change?

I'm using version 5 of Zotero and ZotFile in Windows 10 home.

Try "Manage Attachments" -> "Rename Attachments" in the item's context menu, which is accessed by right-clicking.

Thank you very much for your answer.
I was using the "rename file from parent metadata" option which should be the one embedded in Zotero and not the one you mentioned that is from Zotfile. Actually I couldn't find this option because it is inside "manage atachmments".
