Can you back up and explain, in your own words, the problem you're experiencing? We also need a Report ID.
(Among other things, you posted to a thread about online syncing, but it's not clear from your description that your issue has anything to do with syncing. That's why we need the kind of steps to reproduce explained on the linked page.)
None of the options works for me - is there any way that I can get this to work/a video of sorts? Or a contact number I can ask about?
