Not working on several levels
Morning,
I am experiencing a multitude of issues.
1. Like someone else this morning, I am getting the cannot update your document error every single time I try to use Zotero. It happens after I go from an untitled document to saving it with a name.
2. I am also getting the following error with the web browser add in - "This item could not be saved because Zotero is not open or is unreachable. Please open Zotero and try again." I have opened, closed, reopened and it will not work.
Did something change over the weekend? I have been using it daily and it seems to be giving me more errors by the use. Thank you in advance for any guidance.

I tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. I had the same issue with all three. I have already performed the troubleshooting. Thank you.
To start, can you provide a Report ID after getting the document-update error?
If this is Windows, are you saving the document to OneDrive? If so, save to your local disk instead.
