my files aren't on my desktop zotero anymore

I reached the 300 MB capacity for a folders. Some of my files wouldn't appear when I clicked on them (there is a blue outline of a circle next to the files) and the message reads the attached file could not be found at the following path. My library wouldn't sync either. I deleted a bunch of files, and now I am half capacity, but my files still won't load and I still get the same message when I click on the file. My desktop app can now sync but that doesn't seem to return the file. What should I do?

    That likely just means you added them on another computer and the files haven't yet been uploaded (because you were previously at your quota). See Files Not Syncing.
