I have installed zotero plugin in ms-word 2013 also installed zotero 5.0...but when I start working in word.... selected citation style in preferences....clicked add/edit citation and select my reference from drop-down list.... clicked enter....it showed error message...an error updating your document....tried resolving through all possible options given in trouble shooting.... nothing works....pls help
If it works in a new document but doesn't work in an existing document, see Debugging Broken Documents. You'll need to follow those steps in full, which will work by definition.
If it's not working in a new document either, make sure you're running the latest available versions of Word 2013 and Zotero, and provide a Report ID if you're still having trouble.
