Upgrade StorageToolbar disappeared

It's not clear what toolbar you're referring to, so please explain exactly where you're looking and what you're trying to do.

If you're referring to Safari specifically, there's a beta version of the Zotero Connector available, but unless you're comfortable running beta software I would recommend saving from Firefox or Chrome for now: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/80255/available-for-beta-testing-zotero-connector-for-safari-13/p1
