Upgrade StorageWord could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again.
Hi everyone,
I just installed Zotero, but I whenever I try using Zotero in word I get the "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again." message. I checked that both my Zotero and word add-ons are enabled. I've also restarted my computer. I'm not sure how to fix this. My Report ID is 1063783310.
