Unable to open Zotero on my desktop after window 10 update to version 1909
My laptop (Toshiba) is window 10 pro version 1909 (OS build 18363.535) after the update to 1909 version, my Zotero app on the desktop stopped working. I have tried different ways and tricks used for other window updates and it is not working. I also tried removing the old Zotero and reinstalling version 5.0.81 but still not working. Note that other apps like Mozilla Firefox and google chrome are not working too but I’m worried about my library Zotero. Help me out thanks.

1. Update your anti-virus software.
2. Run programs in compatibility mode for Windows 8.

According to the Microsoft page above, there are also issues with Avast and AVG anti-virus products.
