Upgrade StorageCommunication Error with Word (Mac)
I get the following communication error in Word when trying to use any function (add citation/ add bibliography):
»Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again.«
I freshly installed the following combination:
Word for Mac 16.31 // Zotero 5.0.79
on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
I have already tried to disable/enable as well as re-install the Zotero add-on for Word - which didn't work. and I also checked the link to the Zotero.dotm in Word, which seems correct.
What else could I try to make the add-on work?

The problem occurs with every word file, existing and completely new.
