No external emails for group invites
Hello - none of my colleagues are receiving invites to groups for their external email accounts. The emails are not going to junk or spam. How can I invite colleagues to join a group if this does not work?
If they have Zotero accounts already with those email addresses, the invitations will also show up in the messaging system here (the inbox link at the top right) and on their groups page (https://www.zotero.org/groups).
If they can't receive emails from us and don't currently have accounts, we unfortunately don't have a way right now for you to send an invitation through your own out of band communications channel.
