We recently purchased a lab subscription for our office. Related to that, we have a fairly simple form that must be filled out to allow us to complete the purchase, but we have gotten no response, including by using the storage@zotero.org email address, which previously had been fairly responsive. Is there another way to get in touch with someone? If we can't get this form filled out fairly soon we'll have to cancel our subscription, which we definitely don't want to do!
