PDFs Not Being Retrieved
Hello dev team,
I am experiencing a problem with retrieving PDFs for research articles using the Zotero Connector (latest version of Zotero as of 11/14/18) for Google Chrome (Version 70.0.3538.102).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Google Chrome
2. Open Zotero desktop client (Zotero Standalone)
3. Navigate to research article using university proxy (on EBSCOhost)
4. Click Zotero Connector button
5. It shows the folder it's downloading to, shows "full text PDF" under that, and then a red x appears next to it.

Note: I am been experiencing this problem several times today with EBSCOhost and with JSTOR, but PDF retrieval still seems to be working with ProQuest for some reason.

EBSCO is often tricky, we can look at that separately
a) a URL exactly as you see it (if you want to you can xxx out the name of your university, though no need to on technical grounds)
b) an EBSCO permalink (you can get that on the right side of the article
