Zotero tab for Office 365 Word is missing

Zotero Word for Office 365 does not show when I start Word after installing Zotero. I have tried everything written in the troubleshooting pages; Re-installing Zotero, relaxing Word macro security, installing Zotero macro manually but to no avail. Zotero worked fine on another laptop. Any suggestion, please?

When you directly open the Zotero.dotm file with Word, do you see the Zotero tab then? (this is for testing; by itself it won't solve anything)

Thanks. Yes, I see the tab. It also works fine but saving the document later is a problem.

What is the location of your Word Startup folder? https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation#locating_your_word_startup_folder

I have two startups, one is here where zotero macro resides:
C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Startup

I have searched for Word start up file and found another location:
C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Office.Desktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Roaming\Microsoft\Word

I put the same Zotero macro file and now it is working fine.

I hope this will not give me any future conflict.

I am having the same problem. Word integration appears to be there, but the tab does not appear in Word. I cannot follow the solution posted. Can someone walk me through it. My start-up location is
C:\Users\dperr\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
