WebDAV server returned an HTTP 403 error for a GET request
The problem is that each time I hit the sync button, it shows that there are about 20 files waiting for syncing, though I'm not sure if it is really syncing. Then after finishing syncing the last file, this error will occur:
WebDAV server returned an HTTP 403 error for a GET request
I confirmed with my WebDAV server support team that it was not their problem. Both of us can successfully open https://webdav.pcloud.com, for example. I'm wondering if anybody is having the same problem with me.

Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 403 error for a GET request.
I received this error for one file:
https://email:password@webdav.pcloud.com/zotero/7A8JZ55A.prop
I opened my browser (chrome) and tried to reach this url, but after I authenticated, the server gave me this msg:
Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /zotero/7A8JZ55A.prop on this server.
I tried another props, they work properly, give back mtime and hash in one line.
So question remains: what is the reason, that I can't reach this file through zotero and also through a browser?

I was able to solve this problem in this way.
Maybe it's worth trying to change the WebDAV provider.
I changed to 4shared and this problem has never happened again, using the same computer, same version of Zotero. Now I believe that this is really a problem of pcloud.
@dstillman
Maybe the manager of the following web page can add some comments on this issue about pcloud, like those made for iDriveSync. Otherwise based on the notes only, pcloud is just too good to resist.
