Upgrade StorageWord could not communicate with Zotero - error
Hi all, my Zotero just updated and now I am getting an error message in Word:
"Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
I have updated my Word from 2011 to 2016, and multiple times followed the instructions for re-installing and enabling the Word plugin described here (https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation) but I keep getting the same error message. Can anyone help?
