Upgrade Storagezotero and Microsoft word 2016

can someone please help me out here? I was using zotero 4.0 all this while and until yesterday everything was fine. Today after turning on my laptop, the firefox automatically updated and I am unable to cite in word. It shows error.

But one other problem is, in my college we access library catalog through koha and all of us are unable to save to zotero from koha after installing zotero 5.0
But our library runs on a intra-network, so I don't think you could open it.
It was fine before with the firefox extension on zotero 4.0
not sure if that's the same installation, but I'm afraid we won't be able to say much beyond that Zotero 5 still works on other Koha installations such as
