syncing error
My zotero quit syncing properly about two months ago. I have added entries on my home computer. But these new entries do not show up on the web version of my library. Nor are they synced to my office machine. I tried upgrading to Zotero 5.0 but this did not resolve the issue. What should I do next?

kdelegardI did all of those things. I have found that the online library has not synced for the last two months. My home computer shows no errors with syncing and reports that the process is finished.

dstillmanedited May 23, 2017Well, you had a very large stalled upload from 4.0, so the sync process in 4.0 wouldn't have been finishing — the icon would've just been spinning. I've cleared that now, so try again, and provide a Debug ID for a sync from 5.0 if it's not working.
