Style Error: Genes and Immunity

When I use multiple Genes and Immunity citations at the same location in the text, they are not separated by commas or hyphens. For example, if I want two cite my first two sources, it appears as "12" instead of "1,2".

Does anyone have any suggestions or help?

I'm using Zotero 4.0.29.15 on OSX 10.11.6 with Word 15.30.
