Style Error: Genes and Immunity

When I use multiple Genes and Immunity citations at the same location in the text, they are not separated by commas or hyphens. For example, if I want two cite my first two sources, it appears as "12" instead of "1,2".

Does anyone have any suggestions or help?

I'm using Zotero 4.0.29.15 on OSX 10.11.6 with Word 15.30.

Genes & Immunity is a dependent style of 'Nature Publishing Group Vancouver' and appears correctly on the CSL editor. See here: http://editor.citationstyles.org/styleInfo/?styleId=http://www.zotero.org/styles/nature-publishing-group-vancouver

I don't think it's a fault with the CSL Style, but something Zotero does.

Nah, Zotero does this correctly. Note that you have to insert these as multiple citations in a single citation. You can't just insert adjacent citations. See
