I am using the MHRA style to insert citations into Word 2010. In the present file, I have used a certain citation about 8 times. So, as it is now in the citation list at the end of the document, that citation is shown fully the first time, and in subsequent uses only the author name and page number is listed (as it should). Now I have realized that that book has a secondary author which I need to include. So ALL the references need to be updated to show the second author.
What would be the quickest and surest way to do this (without having to edit each one individually)?
