I apologize if I'm repeating somebody's earlier post, but I could find nothing previous by searching. My suggestion is that Zotero should have a field or mechanism whereby an item can be rated, say one to five stars, ala iTunes. Let's face it, some papers etc are more important than others and it would be nice to be able to pick these out at a glance--or see, at a glance, why a paper included three years ago was relevant. I could likely adapt an existing field but I'm already using one or two of these for other off label purposes. A star system may seem tacky to some, but it'd sure be useful.
