Does anyone manage their mobi or epub files in Zotero? What I'm especially wondering is how you manage your annotations. All of the ebook readers I've looked at seem to place the annotations in a separate directory (away from where the ebook is stored), which creates a problem for Zotero since the annotations don't get caught in the sync. This is particularly problematic for group libraries, since even if the ebook reader has a sync function that could work for an individual user across machines, it doesn't allow the sharing of annotations across users.

My workaround to date has been turning all my ebooks into pdf files, but I'd much rather work with/read a mobi or epub file.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
