  • There are a few errors in there, so it's not entirely clear which one you're referring to. Can you restart Firefox and provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces the error, and also tell us exactly what happens?

    You should also upgrade to Firefox 33. You're still on 32.

  • Pour information, hier j'avais pensé à mettre à jour Firefox mais cela n'a rien changé à la synchronisation qui échouait tout le temps.
    Ce matin, j'ai fait votre procédure de Debug mais cela n'a pas fonctionné: un message d'"erreur d'application" de firefox est apparu:

    "L'exception Point d'arrêt
    Un point d'arrêt a été atteint.
    (0x80000003) s'est produite dans l'application à l'emplacement 0x01925ed8.
    Cliquez sur Ok pour terminer le programme.
    Cliquer sur Annuler pour déboguer le programme."

    J'ai cliquer sur annuler pour tenter de déboguer le programme mais echec, ça a planté et j'ai du forcer la fermeture de firefox...
  • There's no debug output in there. Try the Debug ID instructions again. Note that you have to enable output logging, sync so that the error occurs, and then submit the output.

    j'ai recommencé la procédure de Debug mais je ne peux pas transmettre au serveur les lignes consignées car chaque synchronisation fait planter Firefox.

    If Firefox is crashing when you try to submit the output, just click View Output instead, save the output to a text file, zip it, and email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
  • But just to perhaps save us some time, try checking your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences and see if that helps.
  • No, you're misunderstanding in your email to support. Crash reports like the above aren't useful for us. I'm saying that, if it's crashing when you try to submit output, you can submit it manually using the steps I explain two posts back.
  • OK, and that debug output you just sent just shows an ongoing sync. It doesn't show a problem… The debug output needs to include the problem you're trying to show us.
