Upgrade Storagealternative option of collection sorting/ordering
now it seems that zotero automatically sorts collections by their names. but often I would like to put them into another order yet not by renaming them, e.g. '1 b', '2 a'.

Sorting notes within an item by manual order is in my view a good first step and possibly a bit simpler to implement, but there is some common code.
