The embedded metadata translator already picks up most of them.
This would as of now mainly be a question of getting the item type right, no? Once Zotero has a proper Assignee field, we should fix that, too.
@Rintze - I have a barebones translator but I don't know what should go where - could you run me through what should go into which Zotero field in the example you link to above (most of it won't be in the metadata, but while I'm at it I might as well do it right).
OK, I have a translator up - it works only for the PCT database - the others don't provide metadata - but it should work for search results, too and get a good amount of data (e.g. abstract, application #, assignees). I decided to not attach PDFs.

I almost never cite patents, but I'd like to store at least the patent title, inventors, issue date, patent number ("DC.identifier") and URL.
WIPO also hosts full-text PDFs, see e.g. http://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf?docId=WO2010111344&recNum=1&tab=PCTDocuments&maxRec=&office=&prevFilter=&sortOption=&queryString= (it's the "Initial Publication without ISR (A2 39/2010)" at http://patentscope.wipo.int/search/docservicepdf_pct/id00000011785838.pdf?download ). Patents can be rather big, though (this one is 22 MB).
