Stop Word from putting quotation marks around Book Section Titles (italicize instead)

Is there a way to cite a book section but have its title show up in italics rather than quotation marks? It seems to me that this is necessary to cite something like an individual work from Plato or Aristotle's Complete Works, where both the book title and title should be italicized.
  • No, there's no great way to cite classic works published in collections. I'd probably cite it as a book because that means you only have to manually edit the first citation (the short citation should look right, assuming Chicago Manual).
We should be able to do better in the not too distant future.
