Hi, I'm having the same issue. PDF's open fine in Zotero Desktop, and they sync successfully to my online library as well. But when I try to open *any* PDF file in the iOS app, I just see a blue square "stop" icon next to the file name, but the file never downloads.
My debug ID in the iOS app (tried to open three different files) is D473992977.
I have the iOS app set to sync attachment files using Zotero. I haven't yet tried using WebDAV and it looks like Otiz was able to resolve the problem by doing that, so that'll be my next step. But I'd love to have the Zotero method work and I'm not sure why it's not. Thanks for any help you can provide!
Hi @dstillman--sorry for the delayed response, I'm just back from having no internet access for a while.
I definitely did try to download files for that Debug ID, so I'm not sure why it didn't show up. But I restarted my iPad and things seem to be working okay now. So I guess it was an iPad issue all along?

Can you try to generate that again?
There's certainly no need to use WebDAV — the app obviously supports Zotero Storage.

Anyway, thanks!
