Error exporting to RIS

    Hi, I'm getting a similar error: "An error occurred while trying to export the selected file". In my case, I'm exporting just 20 references as a RIS file to import into an NVivo project so am sure this is the correct method.

    Could you help fix the error problem when exporting as RIS? Thank you.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for an export that fails?
