Changing citation style has no effect (Word 2021)
I have a document that was formatted using a superscript-to-footnote citation style. I used the Word addon to apply a preference to change that into APA, however that did not change the style. No other style can be applied, in fact.
This happens to me for the first time in 10+ years of using Zotero. May or may not be related to a recent upgrade from Office 2019 to Office 2021, which seems to cause a lot of problems in Zotero.
Only this one doc seems to be affected, but it's still disruptive as it contains a lot of information that is difficult to parse using the current stlye that it's stuck with.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

z8080edited December 13, 2021Yes, I was aware of that troubleshooter :) In this case though, as I report, there is no error as such: the refresh/changeCitationStyle command is executed without problems, just that it's not accompanied by the expected result.

z8080I see, ok. Indeed, in this case suggestion #4 solved it. Would still be nice to understand what causes this to happens, but for now thiswill do. Thanks!
