Zotero database requires later Zotero version

My Firefox has updated to 93.0. The Zotero connector no longer works and ehen I try and open Zotero app on my Mac I get

This Zotero database requires Zotero 5.0.97-beta.18+1eb888d02 or later.

Current version: 5.0.96.3

You've at some point used the Zotero beta and are now trying to use the regular version. The easiest solution would be to re-install the beta from https://www.zotero.org/support/dev_builds (won't affect your data)
