Automatic update was performed on September 2, 2021, and when restarting the program, it informs me that an error has occurred, "please restart it". When I restart it, it keeps showing me the same error. I can see all the folders, but not the content of them. I think it cannot load the contents in the new update. I uninstalled Zotero, installed it again with the latest version available, but it keeps sending me the same error message.
If you are able, could you:
- Close Zotero
- Go to your zotero profile directory (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/profile_directory)
- Move the prefs.js file to your desktop or anywhere else (do NOT delete)
- Re-open zotero and see if it works (With our plugin enabled)
- If it does, could you please email that prefs.js to me at ashish@scite.ai?
