Zotero not responsive in Google Docs

    Hi when I click on Zotero tab on google docs e.g. to try and insert a citation nothing happens. Anybody know why this might be? Thanks

    If you have an issue with Zotero, unless it's exactly the same issue as in a thread you find, please create a new one. That will make it easier for us to provide support for users with differing issues.

    Restart your browser and Zotero and try again. If Add/Edit Citation does nothing in Google Docs, make sure you look through open Zotero windows, sometimes the citation dialog fails to show up on top of other windows.
