How to clear all of a linked file path, leaving on the name

I am not sure what has occurred to my rather extensive Zotero library, but when I now change my Linked attachment base directory (and accept etc) the change does not filter across my files, which are always looking at the old location. So, I believe each of the files has a set absolute path. I am trying to use Zutilo for its to bach convert. However, My original files, were stored in folders that are a combination of the publication year and author name, therefore each file had its own folder.
So, my question is, rather than going through each file one by one, is there a quick way to strip the absolute file path just leaving the file name?

Even if you were to strip the full file path, I'm not sure what the purpose of that would be -- it would just break all links in a way that'd be impossible to repair.
