chicago style error for item type "report"

Chicago 17 says reports should follow the book format; i.e., italics, no quotes. When I use Report as the item type, it puts the title in quotes. Is this a Zotero error, or if not, can I modify the style to match the book format?

I also need this. Most of my library/paper repositories request 17th Ed Chicago with all titles in italics, but none of the zotero styles accommodate that.

Just bumping this, still having the same issue with reports put in quotes instead of italics in 2025, and Chicago 17 clearly states italics for published reports. (https://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/qanda/data/faq/topics/CapitalizationTitles/faq0080.html)
